All materials, including course content, audio recordings, worksheets, community materials, and written resources, are the intellectual property of ASC Counseling and Coaching, LLC/betterthinking-betterliving. Accounts & Access

Access to courses and the community requires account creation through Kajabi. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please do not share your account access with others.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment (or agreed payment plan installments) is due at enrollment unless otherwise stated. Pricing is clearly disclosed on our enrollment page before purchase.

Refund Policy

Because of the nature of digital content and community access, all sales are generally final. If you have a concern about your purchase, please reach out to us directly, we are a real person on the other end of that email and we want you to feel good about being here.

Course & Community Access

You will receive access to purchased content upon enrollment confirmation. Cohort or specific programs include scheduled live sessions and community access tied to the dates. Evergreen course content remains accessible after the cohort period ends per the terms communicated at enrollment.

Community Standards

Our online community is a brave, supportive space. By participating, you agree to:

Engage with kindness and respect toward fellow members
Keep shared personal stories and disclosures confidential within the community
Refrain from promotional activity, spam, or solicitation
Honor the humanity of everyone in the space

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the community whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with these standards.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our programs or community if these Terms are violated. In cases of removal for conduct reasons, refunds are not guaranteed.
