REFUND POLICY

At Better Thinking-Better Living., we are committed to delivering high-quality digital programs, transformational experiences, and coaching that support your growth, your courage, and your next chapter. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Better Thinking-Better Living are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Online courses and programs
  • Cohort and group experiences
  • Coaching sessions
  • Memberships and subscriptions
  • Live or virtual events and workshops
  • Trials, deposits, and payment plans

Once access is granted or a session is scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

Why We Have a No Refund Policy

First, we do not sell physical products. All of our offerings are digital, experiential, or service-based and are delivered immediately or involve the reservation of time, resources, and genuine care. Once access is provided or time is committed, these offerings cannot be returned.

Second, this policy exists to support your commitment to yourself. Choosing to invest in your own growth, your identity, your courage, your next chapter, is a meaningful decision. It can be easy to second-guess yourself, let a busy week take over, or talk yourself out of something that matters.

This policy is part of how we honor the decision you already made when you said yes to yourself.

Just as a seat held at a retreat or workshop carries value regardless of attendance, choosing not to show up or fully engage does not change the time, preparation, and care that have been invested on your behalf.

Responsibility for Results

We are proud of the depth, care, and intention built into everything we offer. That said, results are never guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your effort, engagement, implementation, and individual circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use the content, tools, and support provided.

Coaching and Session Scheduling

While we do not currently charge a fee for rescheduling or cancellations, we ask that you be considerate of our schedule and your own commitment. Please cancel or reschedule sessions in a timely manner so that your time slot may be offered to others who are ready to use it.

We encourage you to ask any questions before committing to a purchase. We are happy to help you determine whether a program or coaching offer is the right fit for where you are right now.
